To do yoga meditation, start by finding a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Then, sit on the floor with your legs crossed and you back straight, and start deeping your breath. Once you're relaxed, start working your way through different yoga poses, like cow pose and thunderbolt pose. There are many different types of meditation, but the most accessible form of meditation to teach in a yoga class is mindfulness meditation. Mindfulness, meditation is where you focus in your breath and being present in the moment. You can also add other elements, such as focusing on a mantra or affirmation.
